Residence Paradise

We stayed in this charming place for a week from 26 August to 2 September me, my husband and my daughter and a couple of friends with their daughters. I must say that it is a dream place where the cordiality, generosity, availability of the staff reigns first of all. We were greeted by the beautiful and very nice Tea. Maestro Luigi's cocktails are excellent and above all his advice for every slightest move or place to have lunch or dinner. The cleanliness of the entire building, the tranquility of the pool. We practically lived a week of true relaxation, forgetting about everyday life. On Tuesdays and Thursdays you can enjoy an excellent fish dinner. The accommodations are well kept, clean and fully equipped. The shuttle that takes you to the sea 1km away led by the legendary and very nice Rocco. 5 stars are few, if there were more I would give more. We will definitely be back another year. We really enjoyed it. Panoramic view of both the Umbrian forest and the sea.

FABULOUS! I stayed in the Residence for 15 days with my family. The place is very nice, clean and well kept, you can see that excellent maintenance is always carried out. The rooms are large, well organized and equipped with everything you need for a stay, I had the opportunity to bring my device from home. The services offered are all of excellent quality. From the shuttle, to the bar service, reception and much more. The location is perfect for those seeking tranquility and silence, surrounded by greenery and close to everything. The staff are all fantastic and super helpful.

Beautiful place, ideal for relaxing, suitable for children, there are several play areas and a swimming pool for the little ones. There is a beautiful swimming pool also for adults, well equipped with a bar where you can enjoy excellent croissants for breakfast, or have a good aperitif by the pool... the staff is impeccable, always helpful and kind... excellent shuttle service... the sea is 5-6 minutes away and equipped or free beaches are available... what can I say, 5 stars are too few to definitely go back....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I spent the week of mid-August with my family, unfortunately disappointing from my expectations. Upon entering the villa we found it very dirty. We arrived three hours early and they hadn't done any cleaning in just half an hour. How can you clean between one family and the other? A mockery. After a trip a person would like to take a shower it was due to a burn from a broken water heater, first boiling hot then cold so on Saturday evening no double shower on a trip, at night wolf dogs that were next to our cottage howling in short I reported to the owner who made fun of me saying that perhaps it was a passing dog when there is the property next to the villa and therefore he knew it very well, I asked for bed linen to be paid per person and not for a double bed and it seems excessive to me, ants in the kitchen and insects therefore everything leaves you to imagine... mattresses with iron springs under the back and pizza pillows then payment is demanded upon arrival. I forgot the customer has to pay but what services do you provide? Absolutely rejected...if you want, go ahead!!!!
